Cancellation Policy for Skin One Studio

Booking Deposit:

•A $50 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment, applicable towards the cost of your services or product purchases at Skin One Studio.

•This deposit is refundable if you cancel within our cancellation policy timeframe.

•For cancellations or rescheduling outside the 48-hour window, the deposit will not be refunded. However, it will remain as a credit on your account, applicable for future bookings, services, packages, or skincare products at Skin One Studio.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy and Fees:

•We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide this notice will incur a cancellation fee.

•Our cancellation fee is separate from the booking deposit and is independently managed.

•A $75 cancellation fee will be charged for appointments not canceled or rescheduled within the required 48-hour notice period. This fee is non-refundable and will be charged to the card on file. Cancellation fees cannot be used as account credit for any purchases or future deposits.

Notification Method:

•To modify your appointment, please call us at 847-770-5950. If you’re unable to reach us directly, leave a detailed voicemail with your name, appointment details, and a callback number. You may also text us with the required information at the same number.

Emergencies:

•We understand that emergencies can arise. In such instances, we offer a one-time rescheduling of your appointment without incurring a cancellation fee. The original booking deposit will not be refunded but will be applied to the rescheduled service date.
